  • What is your address?

  • Do you have a checkin office?

    We provide a totally digital checkin experience.


    We do NOT have a checkin office.


    Please refer to your guest app that you recieve after your reservation is confirmed for all checkin and property details.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times for the cabins?

    Our check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We look forward to welcoming you!

  • What's your pet policy?

    We are dog-friendly! 


    We require a $50 registration and cleaning charge per dog for all cabins.

  • Do the cabins have air conditioning and heating?

    Yes, all our cabins are equipped with both air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort year-round.

  • What is your refund policy for cancellations or changes to reservations?

    Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes to reservations, so we recommend confirming your plans before booking.

  • What payment methods are accepted when booking a cabin?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and debit cards for your convenience.

  • Is your pool heated?

    Yes! 


    Our pool is heated most of the year to 85 degrees.


    The only exception to this is snow days or inclement weather.

  • What are your pool hours?

    Our pool is open from 8am to 8pm.

  • What are your sauna and cold plunge hours?

    Our sauna and cold plunge area is available from 6am – 9pm.

  • When is Pickleball avaliable ?

    Hours: 9-sun down. 

    Pickleball courts can be closed during the winter due to snow. Likley December-April. 

    Please verify pre booking. 

  • How do I operate the sauna and cold plunge?

    Please refer to your digital guest app. 


    We've provided instructions and videos there for our guests.

  • What are your quiet hours?

    Please keep the noise to a minimum during quiet hours (10 P.M.-8 A.M.)


    Riverside County Ordinance has quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.


    Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors!

  • Where do I park?

    We can accommodate 16 cars.


    There are 8 parking spots on Fern Valley Road.


    There are 8 parking spots on Tahquitz Road.


    For Cabins #1-#4, please park on Fern Valley Road.


    For Cabins #5-#11, please park on Tahquitz Road.


    Please do not park in the street blocking any of the neighbors.

  • Do you have an EV Charger?

    We do have a public Tesla Charger located near Cabin #1 on Fern Valley Road.


    We do NOT have an EV adapter, that is located in town by Brew Pub.

  • What kitchen amenities are provided?

    All of our cabins with kitchens come fully stocked with cookware, silverware, and essential kitchen tools, including baking sheets and pans. While we don’t provide food, we include basic spices like salt and pepper.

  • What essentials are included in the stay?

    We provide fresh linens, towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper.

  • How do I access the gym?

    We’ve partnered with Pharos Gym to offer all our guests free entry during their stay! You will receive an entry code when you book your stay.
